Nitrogen

Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless non flammable gas that makes up the majority of the atmosphere. At almost 80% of the atmosphere, it is one of the most common gases used over multiple industries. Nitrogen is commonly used as an industrial gas for pressure testing, or as an alternative to compressed air. In other applications Nitrogen is used for is cryogenic properties in both industrial, medical and laser industries. Nitrogen is a blanketing agent and a common purging agent for pipe equipment. In the food and beverage industry, Nitrogen is critical for cooling and packing. Nitrogen prevents oxidation and is used in laser cutting and plasma cutting applications in metal fabrication. Available in multiple sizes, grades, pressures and forms, Nitrogen is the backbone of the gas industry.
